FLOWER PUFF GIRL Terms & Conditions Refund & Deposit Policies, Booking Terms & Agreements

These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between FLOWER PUFF GIRL Floristry (ABN 89 197 234 668) ("we," "us," "our") and our valued clients ("you," "your"). By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.
Quotations & Bookings
1.1 All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
1.2 A booking is confirmed once a non-refundable deposit of one-third of the total fee quoted is received.
1.3 Bookings made less than 30 days before the event require full payment upon confirmation.
1.4 A final meeting will be conducted approximately one week before the final payment is due. No further changes will be accepted after this point.
Payments
2.1 Full payment is required no later than 30 days prior to the event date.
2.2 Payment plans can be arranged at our discretion and must be agreed upon in writing.
2.3 Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card. Additional fees may apply for credit card payments.
Cancellations & Refunds
3.1 The one-third deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
3.2 Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will forfeit all payments made.
3.3 If unforeseen circumstances prevent us from fulfilling your booking, we will provide a full refund of payments made.
Changes to Bookings
4.1 All amendments to your booking must be submitted prior to the final meeting.
4.2 Adjustments, including changes to flower types, colours, or quantities, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4.3 Requests to reschedule event dates will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
Design & Substitutions
5.1 While every effort will be made to match your requested designs and flowers, seasonal availability and supplier conditions may require substitutions.
5.2 Substitutions will be of equal or greater value and will maintain the agreed-upon aesthetic.
5.3 Photos of arrangements provided prior to the event are representative only and may vary slightly from the final product.
Delivery & Setup
6.1 Delivery and setup fees are included in your quote unless otherwise stated.
6.2 Delivery times will be agreed upon prior to the event and must be strictly adhered to by both parties.
6.3 Once delivered and set up, the flowers become your responsibility. We are not liable for any damage caused by weather, venue conditions, or third-party interference.
Hire Items
7.1 Any hired items (e.g., vases, stands, arches) remain our property.
7.2 Hired items must be returned in their original condition within the agreed-upon timeframe.
7.3 Damaged or missing items will incur replacement or repair costs, payable by you within 7 days of notification.
Liability
8.1 We take every care to ensure our flowers are fresh and meet the highest quality standards. However, we are not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or acts of God.
8.2 Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
Photos & Marketing
9.1 We reserve the right to take photos of our work at your event for promotional purposes, including social media and website use.
9.2 If you do not consent to this, please notify us in writing prior to the event.
Force Majeure
10.1 We are not liable for failure to fulfill our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
Governing Law
11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
